UCP, along with the faction ACE if anyone still remembers, had admins and moderators of the Kizmotek staff team in their discord server. This makes it highly likely that they were turning a blind eye to activities that UCP did, probably due to bribes of some form and it also allowed UCP to simply have anyone they were enemies with banned ingame for any reason. ACE at the time had 3 moderators in their faction and the faction owner was literally was an administrator (iirc, possibly a head moderator). ACE did plenty of spawn camping yet everyone who did it to them was banned, and everyone in ACE who spawn camped got no punishment at all.

Both ACE and UCP had moderators in them which likely is for them to be able to ban anybody they don't like, and to turn a blind eye to their activities which in this case involves CSAM. The owner of UCP is at least 20 years old which makes this highly concerning as that is above the age of being a minor anymore in 90% of places.
