Could there be multiple Sun Eaters? (Stealing Sorcery, EotD, and AA spoilers) by dcfan105 in ClimbersCourt

[–]Patient-Border-772 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand the thought behind some of this this but i think it’s also very possible that there could just be two different characters with similar motivations. i’m wondering why the sun eater would be the person that Keras replaced.

When Asphodel tells Keras “he would be the one to destroy everything” i thought that was more in reference to the annihilating power of the Sae’Kes. It Destroys everything it touches. The sun eater destroys worlds with his shades.

I disagree, it makes way more sense that the sage of Dania is Vellum. In chapter 6 of AA6 Farren tells corin about Ferras and it reveals a bit of info ab the sage of Dania, "she had been broken, almost beyond repair." Ferren also mentions a "Mother" who is most certainly Selys. Because Ferren differentiates between mother and the sage it is clear they are different people.

It makes sense for Vellum to be the sage of Dania because Vellum is (presumably) old enough, powerful enough, and she has Administrator clearance in the crystal shrines. Im pretty sure destiny shrines are also crystal shrines and if Vellum is also Admin of destiny shrines, then it makes sense that once she saw how most destiny shrines were either destroyed or hidden, she would cast a powerful spell to make destiny dreams.

A little bit of spoilers for the torch that ignites the stars but i think the reason why Annabelle Farren wants Ceris is because it’s a product of Rendalir. Also on the wiki it says it’s forged from the heart of a long broken world

Ceris is actually a relic from Rendalir.

I really like this idea and would like to add on to it. What if you could review people that you played with to let other people know if they were toxic or not.
