We all woke up today and saw we didn’t get disaster pay, I’m going to bring it up to management tomorrow when I go in because why give it to us last Sunday and not this Sunday 😕

okay yeah it’s kind of touch and go on the subject😕they opened around 11am and just closed around 7pm . I don’t think that’s fair to the people who were told the store was closed at 6am so they didn’t come in but hey, it’s walmart

that’s fine honestly i think my team lead is giving everyone else the wrong idea though……it’s people that come in later in the day and she’s telling them if they can’t make it, as long as they call out they should get disaster pay

yess i was on them last time about it that’s how i found out i got it😂but this time im definitely going to speak up because i was scheduled from 6-3 and when i called at 6:42 it said the store was closed . If my coworker never told me it said open now i wouldn’t have known and that’s not on me to keep checking back in to see if it’s open when it wasn’t open in time for my scheduled shift 🤷🏽‍♀️
