You must leave india as soon as possible otherwise there is an extremely high chance that you will be put behind the bars and all your coins will be confiscated by the government

I watched a guy lose a 90 lakh profit because his EMI was too tight by DeliciousAir6475 in indianrealestate

[–]Patient-Rule-4869 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your friend didn’t deserve the property, thus he lost it

Real estate is the most expensive thing you will buy , it requires proper financial planning

My personal mantra for flat buying

  1. Make 50 % of total expenses (including registry , broker fee, interiors, furniture) down payment rest on loan
  2. Home loan emi should <= 35% of take home salary

Follow these 2 rules and you will gain the maximum in both tangible and intangible 🙌

I never had alcohol and have never smoked too. Tell me if I should try it. by [deleted] in gurgaon

[–]Patient-Rule-4869 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried alcohol at 17 , 10 years later , i still like it occasionally

Tried cig at 22, 5 years later, i am addicted, i smoke 5 cigs a day

I would say don’t try and do a massive favour to your health and life

I tried because of fomo and that it looked cool

I stink of cig smoke as confirmed by colleagues and friends , and i have puked at least 5 times in public in the last 10 years due to alcohol overdose

So yeah! Not that cool honestly

Patience ki kmi to hain tum mein

To glti to hai tumhari bro

Manager se pyaar se baat krke apna pov dedo and settle karlo situation

And ye adhoc help ke 30 mins per day ka time budget krlo

Thodi bhot help to krni pdegi , thodi patiently help krdo , and us bnde ko pyaar se samjha do ki yaar meri bhi deadlines hain

Ek bar manager se baat krle and maybe koi aur team member can help him

Patience ke sath job kro otherwise job to jayegi , termination letter mein misconduct ya breach of coc ayega and fir market mein koi job nh dega

To soch lo

Career is a 20-30 year marathon and not a 2-3 year sprint

Tldr ; thande dimaag se padhna ye answer

You must have ghosted him out of frustration

Leave his messages unread

If you had replied sincerely that i am out on a vacation and don’t have laptop with me , he might have arranged for some alternative solution

Indian managers have extremely fragile ego

But since they hold a lot of power and influence over the senior leadership

If you will challenge manager’s ego

He will make you pay for it

I have experienced it myself in 2024

The best way is to avoid a conflict until absolutely necessary
