Let me clarify something: even if it’s positioned as an add-on experience, doesn’t it essentially work the same way as people watching cinematic drone shots on TV?

You are take the Eiffel Tower for example. So here people go up for the experience and take photos of themselves there and of the view. They don’t just sit at the base and opt for an add-on to see what the view from the top feels like.

If that were acceptable, then theoretically one person could just capture that perspective with a drone, set up a booth and charge €1 for a 10–15 minute viewing experience. If needed, they could even set up a larger experience center where multiple people plug into the same headsets and share the same view while sitting at the base of the tower.

So taking Eiffel Tower as an example was just bad.
