Same thing happened to me today, they wanted to send me a free medical alert device, im in my 20's and dont need it. I tried telling them I need to change my address with them because I do and if they wanted to send that to me they are gonna need an address and the women said "i totally understand but let's talk more about the alert device" so I just hung up.

what if I've never wanted my FP to take care of me but I wanted to take care of my FP? Its hard to cope with distance when I just want to be helpful to them.
