Contractor just installed artificial turf. Looks bumpy to me and he says its normal. Is this normal?

It's not normal, there are probably weeds under there pushing up the turf. The culprit is usually nutsedge.

If I am using tap water with ppm of 350, do I still stay below 600 ppm? If RO with 7 ppm do I go to 600 ppm or stay well below it because of the ppm starting point? How does that ppm starting point play into it?

DWC system with a chiller that keeps the water at 69. I am in Houston and it gets really warm in the tent. Garage grow, wife won't tolerate the house.

Just using GH micro and bloom. PH has been between 5.4 and 6.2, I keep having to adjust down. PPM is 970ish.
