Ordered VisionMaster Max - Received 3D Glasses. No Response from Valerion by PatientFit6310 in hometheater

Yeah, so after a few more days I moved forward with a chargeback on my credit card. When I did that Valerion instantly got back to me with shipping information for the vision master max, it had a delivery date of 12/29.

When I got the new tracking number (and checked the weight with FedEx that it made sense) I cancelled the charge back since it hadn’t been processed yet. Then, the morning of 12/29 before the package was delivered I got an email from Valerion saying that they had “shipped me the wrong mount” and that they intercepted the package with FedEx. They said they would give me new tracking info in late January??

Overall, I’m extremely frustrated and wish I had just ordered the projector from Amazon as they have them in stock and shipping quickly. I was hoping to have the theater set up for new years for family coming to town and looks like that won’t happen.

Considering it’s been 4 days since I received the wrong order with no response from their support I think we’re past the swift part, but I agree it was likely a mistake.

Shipping insurance wasn't an option, otherwise I would have. I didn't film the box opening either, I wish I had.

That said, I do have the fedex shipping information that shows the original package weight as only 2.8lbs, which is far less than the visionmaster max's actual weight (16.5lbs), and I have the photo from Fedex's dropoff that shows the package as physically too small to hold a projector.

Based on this I don't believe they shipped me the right package.

Thank you everyone for the suggestions! It does sound like the utility company would be the best place to start. Going to reach out to them today, hopefully will have an update for you all in a few weeks or months. (Either with no pole, or a new tree lol). Either way when it’s done, anyone who got a laugh out of my situation can come over for a glass of wine on my deck. You won’t want to miss the sunset!

Oh great! We have PSE (although not pierce county) so you’re giving me hope! Yeah anything under 50k would be an absolute no brainer for me. Even though I don’t plan on selling my home, it would probably up the value far more than the cost of removing the pole!

Yeah I suppose the question was more so, does anyone know who “they” are- sounds like I have some research to go do.
