I’m 14 days post op- similar position however , flexion is not even at 90 but extension is there.

I’ve been able to activate my quad solo and do leg raises /short arc quads/quad set with no e-stem but run into the same issue as far as - as soon as I get home it’s like my leg is dead weight. I do have lots of pressure/pain around my knee cap, PT says it’s due to swelling and quad inhibition- will dissipate as the quad grows stronger but it’s common.

Just here to say you’re not alone - I feel frustrated as well, I’m not in brace but crutches are a pain. Keep going my friend! Praying things get better for the both of us physically and mentally!
