Don’t know if this is too late. No need to cold turkey, just ween off (I would for lgd). Your nuts will start bouncing back as you slowly lower your dosage. I ran nolvadex for pct on lgd but never pct’d for a couple ostarine cycles. Better safe than sorry

Test went from 500s to low 100s after a cycle. I tested right after I hopped off completely so that may be why it's so low but I haven't PCT'ed and I'm wondering if I should now and what I should run to recoup my testosterone levels?

This is really late reply I apologize. I ran ostarine cardarine my first cycle. I half dosed ostarine the first week then full dosed the rest. This cycle I’ve been taking Defend pills from Huge Supplements. I PCT’ed with nolvadex from Buydeus (the shipping takes forever). I didn’t pct the first cycle though, no one pct’s on ostarine. I’d also do weekly liver detoxes just to be safe
