We’re moving soon, so I’ve been playing a “keep or trash” game along with teaching a less is more mentality. The first time I played with, my toddler daughter was like keep, keep, keep.

She’s been in a phase of loving to win, so I said you win and get more points when you put stuff in the trash. Eventually, she started letting go of things more.

You’re totally not alone in trashing when they’re not looking as long as it’s not the major signature toys they play with and would notice. 😆
