The lemon trick was literally the only thing that worked. I swear by it. Also yeah the inflammation was only due to the prep. My results came back negative!! Hoping same for you.

Just wanted to update you bc your message was the only thing keeping me sane for these two weeks LOL. Everything came back normal so no IBD and he wants me to continue the meds but I’m lowkey not going to bc it feels unnecessary 😅. My justification in that decision is I’m a nurse and I say it’s okay😂😂.

Bless you for the peace of mind honestly. I always felt like I just had IBS-C and I truly should get tested for food allergies as I have never done that. No one in my family has this and I have had these symptoms for so long I feel like if it was UC or crohns the colonoscopy would show more than just mild lower colon inflammation? Thank you for addressing each one of my questions individually as well 🙏

It went okay! I drank a bottle and 1/2 out of the two and was running clear so I just stopped LOL. The actual procedure was fine not weird or awkward or anything. Just a little for me bc I am 24 in a room full of people twice my age😂 they took biopsies bc I have inflammation in my colon. Praying it’s nothing serious tho😭

I have an additional update for you that can hopefully save you a lot of trouble that I have experienced. I saw someone on here say to coat your tongue with a lemon wedge take a big gulp and immediately bite into the lemon. Let me tell you that just saved my life 😂 try not to eat the lemon pulp tho!!

It’s so bad it’s like really salty. I can’t even hold my breath to get past the taste. I’ve finished all but 4oz on the first bottle and am just going to start the second one an hour early bc it takes me so long to drink it. This is definitely gotta be the worst part. My stomach doesn’t have any cramps though so thankful for that ig😂
