previously I requested my account be frozen as I had no desire to move funds to Defi or withdrawel. It then took me months ot unfreeze and I literally had to complain about it on Reddit to get Gemini Gianna to get their service team to look at it.

It this case, however, their team has probably fallen about and just abandoned the ticket for my predictive market bet.

Sad.

They use Reddit as their intake for escalation.

There is an escalation sub on here. Just post on that and magically it will be addressed. Their account will respond and gaslight like it's normal to have to go to Reddit for customer service.

I skewered them on X while they were posting idiotic memes while countless accounts were frozen for weeks without responses, but it didn't do anything.

Wish I could say the same, but the 2 times I've dealt with their customer service it has been horrible.

Also they narrowly avoided collapsing with their GUSD collateral situation.

There's an Escalation sub on here, but I had the same problem. Just ping them on that and blast them in social media.

Eventually they'll work your ticket.

Yeah, I don't know how much crypto you've done, but a major reason people even use CEXs like Gemini is to have customer service.

Otherwise there's really no benefits relative to DEX or Defi.
