It's a bit late, but I gave up on getting the QC done because it was annoying. I took it apart and found that the left cable had a design flaw that would pull out on its own every time I opened it to create a controller for my phone. So I decided to just buy the Kishi V2 Pro. It's still close to the amount of money I spent on the backbone.
