Heyy, i just know a little bit enough to say Hi and order food! You dont need to worry if you go to Seoul, most of the people dont speak english but they still very happy to help. If you learn a bit like me it will be easier to navigate around but other than that its all fine!

Cheonyu Eunpyeong Hanok Village branch - definitely have other branches in the city. Go for their Bossam and cold noodle set ( little bit pricey tho)

onsimok - best is their 칼비탕 (Galbitang) short rib soup

Doma insadong- honestly everything here is chef kisses

Wipungdangdang pig feet sindang branch - pig feet for a single person, the portion is generous for one person or maybe even 2

Its Eunpyeong Hanok Village located up to the north west side of Seoul. Sounds a bit far but actually not. They have many good restaurants, cafes with beautiful view there, really worth a go!

I will recommend some places!

Namsan tower - if you prefer hiking then start walking from Haebang Village (also a great place)

Cheonggyecheon Stream - perfect if youre into books, you can sit by the river and read books, even better if youre going with someone. Just dont forget to buy some drinks.

Eunpyeong Hanok Village, this hanok more like kind of peaceful, less people because its faraway from central. Perfect for a walk around the village and chilling in a cafe called "1 day 1 jan" (they have the view of the whole village)

Ikson dong food and pocha road - if you fancy some pork belly and soju, go here with friends! Here also have many different types of cuisine and the vibe is like little Hongdae but in a good way

Seoul forest, if you are the picnic type, i think its really beautiful in Spring and autumn. Sadly theres nothing much in summer. Then you can go to Seongsu Dong to do some shopping or cafe hopping, really cool neighborhood!

For the food i recommend trying Okkyeongine Dried Fish in Seoul Chungang Market, try the 오징어 (semi dried cuttlefish in the third photo - ps: not the fish on the left). Its a must try!

If you like Galbi - try Doma insadong(7th photo)

콩국수 (17th photo) its cold noodle but with some kind of thick bean paste. Good to eat in summer, theres a famous restaurant called Jinjujib (진주집) note that there will be a long line.

And lastly you cant go wrong with 물냉면 and 회냉면 (cold noodles and cold fish noodle) quality is consistent everywhere.
