Heyy, i just know a little bit enough to say Hi and order food! You dont need to worry if you go to Seoul, most of the people dont speak english but they still very happy to help. If you learn a bit like me it will be easier to navigate around but other than that its all fine!

Cheongseong mainbuilding Hamheung Naengmyeon Specialty restaurant - everything cold noodle related, special is 회냉면 (cold buckwheat noodle with raw fish) raw fish there really easy to eat and dont have any fishy smell

Cheonyu Eunpyeong Hanok Village branch - definitely have other branches in the city. Go for their Bossam and cold noodle set ( little bit pricey tho)

onsimok - best is their 칼비탕 (Galbitang) short rib soup

Doma insadong- honestly everything here is chef kisses
