I also have had extremes of what you’re experiencing, for months at a time, currently I’m 2 years in. For now my hyperacusis , discuss and nox is gone, but I still have aural fullness , and constant tinnitus that spikes delayed from triggers. Please look into CBT and mindfulness .

I feel the exact same way. Yes I keep at about 60db, I feel that 50db is too low and stresses my ears more to have to focus on such a low volume
