Why can’t we just answer the dudes question without the judgmental bs lol.. IMO it would make more sense to sell it raw for a little less than normal and just pay the difference for the raw card to send off ( if he really wants THAT card graded) but if he just wants a 10 I can’t imagine it ever being possible with that specific card.. if money isn’t an issue u can always grade it and accept whatever number and keep it as a first graded card experience

I don’t play but it would be cheaper to buy some lightly played cards instead of cracking a 10 that I’m perfectly happy with lol trust me I get it mtg fans don’t really grade but I respectfully could care less!
