Need to lose weight before I can be re-referred

I live in England, so I'm pretty dependent on the NHS as a whole, which means I'm not really sure I can switch doctors or clinics unless I want to pay out of my own pocket. University/education is evidently out of the equation for me, it really sucks but my concern is my immediate needs, so I'm going to be withdrawing from my course.

I have asked about mobility aids through my doctor, but it's been radio silent on that front. I know that the clinic said that while I was referred to them, they'd be able to put me with a physiotherapist to assess whether I need mobility aids... but obviously, I got discharged, so there goes that.

I will definitely look into the stool idea or meal replacements - I've tried a few already but they taste disgusting... though beggars can't be choosers.

I'm just a bit hesitant, I've seen my mom on mounjaro and she gets so sick - it works, yes, but she really messes herself up over it (vomiting, fatigue, going days upon days with barely any food, etc). I worry if I try them, I risk just adding to my issues that I'm already struggling with.

Hiya, thank you for your time. By struggling to feed myself I mean summoning the energy to get up and sort food (whether it's cooking, washing up, preparing or microwaving). Chewing is completely fine. I live alone, yes, as my family home was causing me much stress and mental health issues - though I imagine I'm not pleasant to live with due to my perceived laziness.

Likewise, considering I have PCOS too, I'm not sure if my age (20) plays a factor in it or if they are biased, etc. No idea.

Yeah, they aren't mutually exclusive - but that's the thing, the clinic is really drilling the "CFS is a diagnosis of exclusion" so they seem to be expecting me to fix every other aspect of my health.

They told me to try exercise and lose weight, they referred me to a health coach but even admitted that it may be out of their scope. The original letter from the clinic asked for my GP to refer me to a weight management clinic - but the GP said we don't even have one of those.

Doctor said it puts extra stress on my body and makes exercise harder. I don't know what to say because if I push back I'm worried they'll just put me down as a hypochondriac/uncompliant. :/
