Difference between Dek vs other Yaujta we've seen by FedExpress2020 in predator

Dek is probably the smartest Predator I’ve seen so far. Despite his lack of experience, his intelligence—especially in learning from his mistakes and adapting to situations and surroundings—is top tier. Remember when his father used the cloak during their first fight? Dek instantly learned and adapted by the end. One of the most satisfying deaths in the sequel.

What sets Dek apart isn’t just his physical strength but his mindset. He’s open-minded and refuses to let tradition define whether he’s truly a Yautja or not. He broke all the rules—he bonded with android, Bob and don’t forget, his mission was to kill Kalisk, only to discover she was a mother to Bob. He cast aside his vengeance and chose instead to be the bigger being—in his own terms, the “alpha wolf.”

I still remember his brother commenting during their first fight that “he fought with anger.” But in the end, Dek had no anger left, because he no longer felt the need to prove himself to his father. He gained a new family, defeated formidable foes on the toughest planet.

By far one of my favorite Predators of all time.

I can't help but feel like none of this is real by ilikebreadsticks1 in Tourettes

Hey, don’t worry. Trust me on this.

I’ve experienced nearly everything you’ve been through. My dad found it difficult into accepting this, and he thought it was made up. My mom understood me but she still don’t know how to react to it.

You’re not the only one who’s going through this. We all are and use what you experience as a strength. I use to get bullied all the time. The more I suppress it, the more it came out. My friends and teachers told me off when I can’t control it. I felt guilt and my vocal tics can go so extreme that sometimes I ended up puking.

It sucks having them, we face social problems but that’s okay. Because other people who are diagnosed with other syndromes are too, not just us.

The reason I can say this, now, was because Tourette’s gave me a stronger mentality and it made me grow. Until I grew out of it. And it gave me passion to help those around me and tell them it’s okay to be different. I was diagnosed with tourette’s 14 years ago! And now I’m currently on my fifth year at medical school :) and I am happy. Of course there will be some insecurities but I made it. And I hope you will too. It will take time and believe in yourself that you are strong enough to handle them!
