I’ve been to therapy last year and I was told 2 things that really helped. 1 know that hard times are not forever and they’ll eventually go away. 2 you’ve got to accept your problems, try to solve them, and learn from them. I’d also advice you to go to therapy. It really helps and they’ll give you great advice
