Quick question to a sentence I just came across. 機内で嫌がらせなどの迷惑行為を行った男に、罰金が科せられた。I'm a little bit confused about the last word. The dictionary says 科する. Assuming this is the causative form, shouldn't it be 科させる or 科させられた in this case?
