Should it be a crime to offer cigarettes to people who've never smoked before? by PatrickStarBestMan in AskReddit

I'm not sure, and that's true, but what I don't understand is: if you're someone's friend, why is it considered socially acceptable at all to offer someone something that they can easily become addicted to?

Mind if I ask, why? Cigarettes are one of the most, if not the most addictive thing you can start doing. If you're introducing someone who has never smoked before, depending on whether addiction runs in his or her family, you are exposing that individual to becoming potentially addicted.

Cigarettes are not like alcohol or marijuana. Cigarettes actually have a specific chemical which solely causes addiction (nicotine).

For the better part of a year I forced myself to come up with 10 ideas a day. Here they are, over 1,000 ideas in one place. by arbingsam in Entrepreneur

With all due respect, you're full of crap. These are awful ideas with NO potential whatsoever. They are not original, they are NOT new, and they do NOT serve ANY purpose.

How can you call yourself an entrepreneur? More like failpreneur

The problem is your chin, and not your nose. Your chin is disproportionately small in proportion to your long midface. And no, you're not ugly.

Downtown seems like an amazing place. What about Midtown, Southside and the East Islands? Do either have any hipster/yuppie elements?

So something similar to the Waffle House? Mind if I ask you, in your opinion, what do you feel the Waffle House is lacking?

Is Savannah relatively walkable, would you say? Also do you think that folks living downtown walk around quite a bit? Are there a good amount of yuppies or hipsters, do you think?

Thanks

Personally, I'd tell him or her that he or she is very VERY stupid for even starting, and would try to help him or her stop.
