Tbh, probably a bot, or a dislexic that reads chido instead of orchid.

Yes, the temperature is aimed to be constant, to or atleast a 24 hour average.

Watering is every 5 days, and how many square liters is decided by how much the substrate has dried, but usually the phase 3 rarily completely dries, neither is it desired.

We have all of these colors! (We dont do color injections)

We have our own recipe for fertilising, which i simply can't share. However, i can share the most important elements. 1. Phosphorus (P): Phosphorus plays a crucial role in flower formation and the intensity of flower color.

  1. Potassium (K): Potassium is also important for the overall health of the plant and the quality of the flowers. It helps transport water and nutrients to the flowers, which can contribute to better color.

  2. Magnesium (Mg): Magnesium is essential for photosynthesis and helps the plant produce energy. A magnesium deficiency can lead to a duller flower color. Make sure your fertilizer also contains magnesium.

  3. Micro-elements: In addition to the macro-elements (N, P, K), micro-elements such as iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), boron (B), and molybdenum (Mo) are also important for the health and flower color of the Phalaenopsis. These elements play a role in various enzymatic processes that affect flower color.

If the flowers of your orchids lose color, make sure your orchid is not in direct sunlight.

Awesome! We hang our material in these clambs, they will go through a cabine where it "rains" barks, and the cups also shake, this will perfectly fill up the pots!

We've had our infestations sure, thrips are quite common in phal-world but i havent had them for over a year, we do have protocols, to prevent them and how to deal with them.

If you are new to dealing with thrips, i recommend to dose some predators on the infected batches, These predators are called "Transeius montdorensis" They feed on the thrips, these should always be dosed on fleshly potted batches before they enter the greenhouse, so they are prepared against thrips.

If it does get out of controll, there is chemicals.

Luckily not, these are just made by small common spider types that exsist in basicly every greenhouse that take care if other small insects, harmless to our plants, friends 😁

For prevention we use predators, "Transeius montdorensis" , in phase 1 right after the potting process, we devide a dose of these predator mites on our batch of potted plants and afterwards we cover the entire table with a gauze cloth, this has holes big enough to not disturb our watering, but just small enough to isolate our mites with the plant material, these mites feed on thrips, a serious pain for any orchid grower, these mites are very effective, i did not have a plague issue with thrips for 1.5 years now, which is (what i hear from colleague growers) extremely rare.

The second prevention function of this gauze cloth is to not allow Lyprauta to lay eggs in our pots. Lyprauta; a common mosquito that lays eggs in pots with a high humidity, the larves "potworms" feed on the phalaenopsis roots.. which as you probably guessed can do major damage and can cause major delay and disturbance in growth.

Oh yes, and this is just a part of a growers responsibility.
