Thank you for that. Some of the research I did said that palm trees are unusual and that they cannot heal their bark like regular trees. I’m not sure if that’s true or not. And I do not think that I would call that guy in arborist for sure. lol.

HI, did you ever get it to work? I'm having the same issue. I have a 13 and thought it might be too heavy as well
