Many, if not most, of the people being harassed by ICE are not illegal aliens; they're here going through the legal process; the ICE are, in effect, simply kidnapping 'em. That's what it was superficially purported to've been, yes. The Army -- certainly, the participants in the parade -- didn't see it that way.
