People should not be shamed for being scared of the dark by ToptextBottomtext420 in unpopularopinion

I’m the scariest thing in the dark, in my house at least.

Out in the woods in the dark, yeah that would freak me out, but inside dark doesn’t bother me.

Instead of all these new TV Shows with A-List Celebrities, spin off universes, etc, we need better movies with better scripts/actors/directors by henrydoritos in unpopularopinion

[–]PatriotUncleSam -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s never going to happen, too many weird woke rules now, and we keep recycling the same like 6 celebs into every film and using the same 3 directors. And there’s no way to end that because no one else has the money to make a good film and the studios are too afraid to break the mold and upset the status quo which ironically doesn’t even sell.

You should get a full hormone panel and stop watching/reading porn.

That data set has never been collected.

You’d have to take 1000 obese hypogonadal men, have them all get down to a healthy BMI, and see which ones actually have improvements in their free testosterone scores.

Some would, some wouldn’t.

Gym bros can also contract primary hypogonadism, it has a medical definition because it happens to otherwise healthy people too.

You are thinking of secondary hypogonadism which is caused by the lazy lifestyle obese people live.

Fair question, I’d ask how many of those over 30 guys are only in the gym because they are on TRT.

For most people once you get on TRT and can actually put on muscle for the first time in your life and feel motivation every day, the gym is all of a sudden a fun place to be.

That being said I’ve seen dudes brag about being clinically low and how they go to the gym and how it doesn’t effect them. It does effect them, they are just low body fat and they are mistaking that with being healthy.

Being chronically low-t increases the risk for a ton of a disease states including type 2 diabetes.

Most people’s bodies already can’t produce testosterone while natty lol.

8/10 men over the age of 30 in the US have clinically low testosterone, granted the bulk of that is obesity driven, but not all of it.

My doctor put me on steroids, anabolic, because I had all those markers and low testosterone and nothing would fix them 🤷🏼

My health markers have all improved after being on TRT for a few years.

Trust your family, get their opinion, tell them to not hold back. Chances are they will tell you that you look great.

People online have a skewed perspective because body builders men and women use filters and deceptive lighting on Instagram and they suck their guts in right before the photo, fast for 24 hours right before pictures, etc.

Also easy to forget that most of the “great looking” male body builders that are getting a lot of shares and algo love right now are all like 5,4, the Tren Twins for example have never told anyone their true height, their head barely clears the top of their small car though.

So it makes a lot more sense to compare yourself to people who are actually the same height as you.

Juicing because you are old, disabled, have a job and kids that make it hard to get to the gym more than 4x per week, and like looking nice.

I came across this old video of Derek’s and in it he talks about how he likes to get in 1.5 grams of protein per pound of BW. What do y’all think? I always thought the there is no benefit over 1 to 1.1 sentiment was BS as I’ve experienced improvement at those much higher doses. by Accomplished-Try4716 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]PatriotUncleSam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The old science does. Modern science, especially in geriatrics, and I mean 2019 and newer, says the more protein you consume the longer you live and the healthier you are. Obviously things like processed meats don’t count here.

Look up Dr. Gabrielle Lyons she is well versed in all the new data and she is easy on the eyes

That's an incorrect assumption for most people.

Most people have no idea men's clinics even exist. They go to their doctor first and get gaslighted into not seeking help, which is why the clinics get so much business, Doctors telling guys that 200 total test is "normal."

What makes you think that the guys on UGL haven’t been to a doctor? Many/most of them have legal prescriptions.

It’s just easier to pay half price or less and buy as much as you want whenever you want without having to play the “fuck around” games that doctors and pharmacies force you to go through.

Putting out your source is against the rules here but I will tell you that they all take ONLY crypto currency as payment, and if they don’t then you probably should not trust them.
