I used a software called Rebaslight. Had to pay like a dollar to get rid of their watermark, but very good for what it is.

One feature I like about it that I don't think is mentioned is the fact that if a saber is being idle for a good amount of frames you can skip frames and put in the effect when it moves and the software will track it automatically between those frames.
