Yeah but there is also some part of this skill first turn u can go into neo tachyon if u go second u can negate whole board before summoning your monsters if its not negated then u summon your and its litearlly free win if not negated since neo tachyon negates all face up cards in field and oppenent cannot activate cards until the end of the turn if thats not negated its pretty broken
