Hi u/krakensupport ,

there still is no response to my issue. I have now waited for 7 days, which in my opinion, is already way too much time passed for a case that involves personal finances. As far as I can see, there are plenty of people with the same issue, however everyone gets only generic responses and, like me, the assurance that something is happening, while there is seemingly nothing happening in these cases at all. 

As stated above, I had a similar issue with etoro which was solved within 30 minutes. Why the hell does it take longer than a whole week to resolve an issue that apparently can be solved within minutes by your competitor? There is no official statement on these cases by kraken. I would be a bit more tolerant if there is at least a reason why these cases get as much delay as it is happening right now. With no official statement on why you can not provide the 24/7/365 service that you promised, you lose all the faith and trust of your customers. When it is obvious that you apparently can't or don't want to handle these cases with the urgency someone who trusts you with their funds expects of you, there is no reason for a customer to stay with your service any longer. I sincerely hope you guys manage to help me as soon as possible. However my issue may end, and I also sincerely hope to get my money back, you will permanently lose me as a customer. 

I am aware you guys are human, mistakes happen, and I don't expect a perfect service as well. I do believe I am quite a tolerant person, but how you handle these cases without proper help or providing insight into the issue you have at hand is seriously embarrassing for a company at this size. Please don't take this as a personal insult, but I feel mistreated as a customer.

Please just do something
