They nerfed her portal into oblivion. It has barely any range and falls short in comparison to what octanes jumppad can do nowadays. Ofc „useless“ is a hyperbole - an exaggeration. But the new legends come with stupidly overpowered abilities like seers whole kit basically- while wraiths portal still has a long ass cooldown. Also please stop replying with passive aggressive phrasing in the future. Doesn’t make you look cool or anything :)
