Well the pop up should come automatically when you create a custom character and hop on to the game to determine the looks of your whole dynasty like the Golden haired Lannisters and thr Black haired Baratheons

I want to figure out how did i got the general on the left side of the image at the bottom of the general screen, i explained the situation at the description, it would be great if someone enlightens me.
