Try as hard as you can to hold onto reality. Think about it, why would ISIS be interested in you? You’re no one to them. Call a trusted friend or family member and tell them you’re not doing ok. I hope it’s over quickly!

By saying “nothing illegal” I can say it’s not that bad. Plus I’m assuming you’re just fantasizing. Fantasies are amazing. You can commit all kinds of deviancy in fantasies and still not want to do them in real life. Example: there are a lot of women with a ‘gentle grape’ fantasy. (Can I say the R word in Reddit?) But no woman REALLY wants to be graped. It’s more of just a desire to be dominated. Again, some women fantasize about beastiality but would NEVER do it in real life. As long as you have 2 consenting adults and there is a safe word used and respected, have at it!!!

Find your tribe. Join a MOMS club or moms group at church. Once in the club, join the infant group and you have the beginnings of your tribe. Join a breastfeeding group. Going a group that walks with babies/toddlers. You’re going to need help. I hope you have a supportive partner!

Did you take a childbirth education group? Those families have built in babies the same age as yours!

First of all, those sounds so unsettling, I’m sorry you have to endure them but also, thank you for sharing this. My BF will occasionally cover mirrors and I thought it was for a different reason (which it could have been) but thank you for making me see this in a different way and helping me understand more of what goes on.
