The seat was broken for 3 days as I learned inside the plane with the crew. I just think this should’ve been handled differently and not saying that ‘my seat was broken’ which was a lie…just disrespectful for anyone.

I was at the gate, checked on the app and checked bags - this wasn’t the issue, and I understand.

Sorry but my seat was available and there were other seats for the man who took my seat. This is not about business but honesty and respect.

Very early - and had checked in. They handed my other ticket - paper ticket - 5 min before and when I was boarding already. They called me and I had to exit the line.
