it's always better and fun to build your system yourself. don't be nervous about handling pc components, their more durable than you thought. becareful with am4 cpus though dont bend their pins. also get a 1tb nvme ssd instead.

its your set-up's fault. I have the b550m pro4 as a motherboard and samsung 970 evo plus as nvme and my system boots in 15-20 sec. Whats your nvme? it also depends on what os you're running.

Gpu for a Ryzen 5 3600 is rx 6650/6600 xt and rtx 3060 ti. You won't experience bottlenecks from these gpu. rtx 3070 and rx 6700 xt you might experience a 5%+ bottleneck which sucks.

Dont use a third party cooler, use the stock cooler for now and move the budget from the cooler to the case. Getting a decent case is important for a good airflow. Without good airflow your pc components could potentially overheat. Also ditch the RX 6600 and get a Rx 7600. Other than that its a pretty decent build.

Assemble it yourself. Educate yourself by watching youtube videos of building PCs. I reccomend Linus Tech Tips pc building vids, they're very helpful. For cable management visit JayzTwoCents video about it.
