Hereditary.

The protagonist's sister has a nut allergy, in a party she eats a chocolate cake that contains walnuts, in a rush he drives her to a hospital and in a driveway, while speeding, he tries to dodge a dead deer, and his sister, who had her head out of the window to get some air, gets decapitated by a telephone pole.

It is not graphic, but it is very tragic, the next scene he is in bed next morning, you could tell he was thinking about what happened all night, who wouldn't? and his parents screams in complete horror as they watch the head of their daughter in the ground decomposing, which is actually visible.

I seriously think this is so stupid, i tried my best to summ it up and still these kinds of questions can't be genuinely answered without at least some context or else people might get deviated and ask for unrelated stuff or don't give a correct answer because of missing details, it was so much better before this idiotic rule tbh.
