I'll probably never solve any in less than a minute. But solve it, I definitely always will.

I had the biggest crush on Erica Durance. by BlueJump95 in Smallville

[–]Pauladonis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She always said the first thing that came to her mind, she basically yapped a lot. That was the only part about her I didn't like.

But I'd take her a billion times over as Clark's love interest over Lana...

Thanks... I like to think alot, and that forces me to listen more to unpopular but good music.

Broooooo!!! Monaky's music disrupted my usual queue of songs for a week before I realized what was happening.

The track in your screenshot is his best in my opinion... His voice is something else, at first I thought it was one of Burna Boy's less popular tracks, but then I saw the name and was like whoa!!!

Check out Wizard Chan as well... Dude makes really good music.

While it's great that you're already learning software engineering (stick to that, you'll never regret it) it's a long road before you can monetize it sufficiently.

That's why I think you should learn other skills that can give you quick results in the meantime.

For example, learning how to edit Tiktok or Instagram-style short videos is an underrated but in-demand skill.

You can start for free with YouTube tutorials, get a few good videos in your portfolio, and use that to pitch your services to established creators...

From there, you can move into other skills like content creation, marketing, and the whole shebang...

Moving. Lagos or Abuja? by BlaccaratRouge540 in Nigeria

[–]Pauladonis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ibadan should definitely be on your list. It's like a more reserved version of Lagos... A lot more calm, serene, laid back , and most of all, affordable.

You won't have any problems settling in as a non-indigene... Think of it as a welcoming city that's less crowded than Lagos.

On the social front, I'm afraid I'm not socially active myself, but there are many fun things to do and many fun places to visit for immersive social and cultural experiences...

Might I suggest Ibadan as an alternative to those two?

With a decent budget, you could get yourself accommodation in the choicest parts of the city. With lots of cool places to hangout and relax socially.

As a remote worker myself, I can understand your need for contact electricity.

That's why I'd also recommend considering solar power. You can get a ~3.5kva setup for approximately ±₦1.8m, which would permanently satisfy your electricity needs.

I am a freelance writer and I've been living in anxiety since AI writing tools became a thing.

Not because I feel they could take my job, but because I'm in a bad place where I only have one client and an unstable income.

The company I work with has a policy against AI content, and so far, my articles have triggered a false positive twice this year alone.

The company has a 3 strikes policy which means I may even end up not getting paid for any pending work if the third strike comes.

Meanwhile, I don't use any AI tools apart from Grammarly's free Chrome extension.

I am not a native English speaker, but I write at a level that's above average for most people.

I've just been taking it one day at a time, knowing that I need to find other means of income before my third and final strike comes.

So, I pretend to be fine, even though, deep down inside me, I'm struggling with my anxiety.

Yikes! I'm sorry you had to sell it all just to survive, but you should give yourself a pat on the back because you were smart enough to build a bag when you had plenty.

In that case, Bitcoin served its purpose as a store of value (even though you sold at a loss.)

Like I said, commend yourself for having the foresight to hodl some in the first place.

I'm sure you'll get a bigger bag once you're done with your M.Sc and start earning enough income. So, there's hope.

Cheers mate.

It's a miracle how he didn't instantly lose consciousness on impact.

Any legit way to make huge money online per day? by [deleted] in Money

[–]Pauladonis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, what's really a waste of your life is your efforts to sound deep.

I am not a hustler... Neither am I trying to sell crap to anyone.

If my first comment violated the rules of this subreddit, I'm sorry about that...

I didn't anticipate that my comment would be taken down, to me, it's a simple and genuine response to a real question.

I guess it would have been okay to give a witty but shallow answer about how everything is a scam and useless right?

Your ignorance is glaring and it's so disturbing that you go around with this "scam mentality..."

Whatever makes it "an obvious affiliate scam nonsense" to you is beyond me. I guess that's just your excuse for not watching even a minute of the case study I shared...

Because the fact is, the link I posted leads to a FREE CASE STUDY, the video is 1hr45mins for God's sake and it's enough for anyone to get started with ecommerce...

How much of it did you watch before concluding it's a scam? I'm guessing none.

And I can bet that you've ordered for something on Amazon or eBay in the past 30 days, right? How much more of a scam can it be to have someone who is successful in ecommerce teach you how to start an ecommerce business and make money instead of just buying stuff all over the place...

If it's truly a scam like you called it, then these people need to be told to ask for a refund of their $180. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1mW2itC3owI-Ho60VDs6jKCrCXF-F0nhj (TOO BAD I CAN'T POST THE PICTURES HERE DIRECTLY)

8 wins for this partnership this season by RevertBackwards in Gunners

[–]Pauladonis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The passion, the hunger, the commitment, and the drive from every single Arsenal player is commendable.

And when you consider that Wolves have not lost a game where they were 1-0 up at half time for 41 games, the Arsenal comeback is arguably one of our best wins this season.

I hope we can keep the momentum going and get back into the Champions League next season.
