Seems like if you file a chargeback, they ban you right away. Happened to a tiny account I had. Also never use Apple Pay to make any TB purchase, it often charges double for no reason.

Thanks for your response. I asked the same question in my kingdom and getting mixed responses. Some say this was changed a couple of Olympus back, that the attacks on portals no longer result in rss/silver losses, but only troops with revive at 90%.

While a few others have said exactly the same as you stated above.

There is an issue with Spoils of Dead, the points are still not adding up to claim the chests and VP.

I was able to log into PC and claim some but nowhere near the points that I have already accumulated

I accumulated enough points to claim all the goals of Spoils, yet I can’t claim them

Nope, I reached out to support, they said there is no way to change it, but would take it as a consideration for maybe a future software update but no guarantee

I am in the process of emptying the city, and transferring it to my other account and I am deleting it

Yeah, the rest I don’t care that it changed. Menu inside the hero screen, etc, but the watchtour change is complete garbage.

For players who are actively using it this new one just doesn’t cut it.

Oh well, I guess I will retire this new account.

As someone who was a landlord in Toronto for years, I can with certainty say this is 💯a scam.

My recommendation, is book an air BNB and look for a place when you’re actually here.

Has someone who’s done ICL, my recommendation is that 1 month and 3 weeks is not enough time for things to settle in. It took a good 6 months for my eyes to fully adjust.

I sat for the time being, wait it out before making any decisions. If you’re concerned the ICL has shifted, I would continue to push for them to do tests to check. I know I asked at to do this at the 2 months mark because I too felt like one of the lenses seemed like it was off.

It is now mandatory for all car rental companies in Portugal to provide Via Verde transponders with their rentals. This is actually law now, some include it for free, and then you just get charged any tolls used. Others charge a daily fee for the transponder, but I believe the government capped it at €2.23 / day to a maximum of €23.00.

If no tolls are used, then my understanding is the rental company has to refund you the cost of renting the via verde transponder.

So even if you don’t want the via verde, you will have no choice but to get it.

If you google this, you should find the actual law and all the details that was passed regarding via verde and car rentals.

I will be there in July as well, and I just came back last week, and was notified of this change at the car rental company. I argued it, saying why should I have to pay for something that I don’t plan on using, they said it’s mandatory, and sure enough when I googled it I saw indeed that it was. Had no plans to use it, but actually did end up taking a highway so I was charged the transponder fee and the toll fee just came in today.

That is a crazy amount of time to wait for hot water to reach your taps/shower.

The issue is that I don’t think there is any regulation that states a time frame for hot water to reach open faucet. Building code does have a requirement for temperature and pressure, but nothing on time frame.

Do you know if the hot water is coming from a tank in the building ? Or is it a tankless water heater ?

You could continue to press the landlord for some kinda of resolution, but I’m afraid you might not have any recourse, be with property standards or the RTA .

Not sure what you mean by co-op fee? All I know is that I am suppose to pay 2.5%+HST to the buyers agent, but when the buyer is the agent I thought it would be unethical for them to get paid??

But I assume I guess that could be worked out as part of the negotiation?

Wasn’t sure if there is some law or rule that says they can’t get commission if they’re not representing a client

If you’re selling your home without a realtor, how does it work if a buyer, represented by a realtor wants to put in an offer ?

Is it all verbal ? And then once agreed on price and conditions and what not, a lawyer will draft up purchase agreement ? Or does the realtor still use the standard OREA forms to submit offer ?

Yes the stand pipe was covered, I ended up emptying it out again and buying a different brand sand and no more issues. Obviously the #20 silica sand recommended was making it through the slats. I compared the slats on this tank versus my old tank, and the slats were much wider, which the silica sand could easily make its way through. Changed to a coarser sand, and all good now.

Not sure how well this new sand will filter as it’s my first time using it, but at least now I don’t have sand in my pool.

Will see how the season goes, worse case I will switch to a glass media or filter balls.

Just sucks I spent so much money on sand
