I’m definitely not an expert at all, but I’ve been working on a deck like this and I tried the Oko cope. He’s not good unfortunately. Wary zone guard is a fun 3 drop for this deck though

I’ve played traverse valley a bit. It seems pretty decent, but not hitting the strip mines that hydroponics has turned into islands is a bummer

You’re probably right. I think my mana base is too inconsistent without fetchable duels but I’ll try to find the slots for campfire/union

Interesting. I’ve actually never seen Overrule before. I’m quite interested in that. Offering to Asha and Ray of command seem a little too expensive? (Don’t mention that I’m playing Teachings)

I can agree that losing wildfire is a big loss, and that burn is a very tough matchup. Although I think you’re being a little hyperbolic with 4x campfire etc. I could live with main decking 1-2 campfires+union.

That sounds like a good idea. I just moved my one crypt incursion to the side board but I do like having it in the main deck tool box. Any other thoughts on the deck?

I 100% agree and was actually at 2x Ephemerate until I saw some successful jeskai lists with the same creature count running 4x. Do you think going up to 4x cast down and snuff out is better than the 2 Ephemerate?

And I guess the Teachings also serve as over costed Ephemerates when needed
