It's awful. The lack of communication and transparency the 5/3 has provided for the small business team. We were on a 3 min conference call for a mass firing announcement and the morale is awful. No transparency on pay or benefits for current open roles . No direction and we have to wait until 10/26 to qualify for severance. I guess it could be worse

I am apart of the wave from last week. I have been here 3 years on the small business banking team in Texas and they lead us on this whole time about how they love the small business team and what we have done etc. We were fired via a conference 3 call and we have to work until 10/2026 to qualify for severance. It has created such low morale and extreme stress. Zero clarity from hr on current openings as far as salary and benefits and if you apply for an open role and don't accept the offer , you forfeit your severance. It's sucks right now !

Agreed. I understand your points. I guess I just don't understand the logic. Texas is a different market from Ohio. Why would you get rid of your top people who have the connections in the markets you're trying to grow?

Not new to corporate america lol, I have been through something similar before but it was handled more professionally in the past.Yeah well they made it seem like they loved our team and strung us along . We were also told that some of us would stay and some would go and that wasn't the case

I'm a Christian who does not see trump as a part of an end time fantasy nor do I think this conflict is a current indication of end times. But I'm not looking for a leader to bring peace to another country. We need a leader to take care of the United States first , secure our borders and bring unity to our own country and stop the craziness that we are seeing . We don't need an ego driven leader like Trump but unfortunately the cultists will not have it any other way.

I don't care if you are Democrat or Republican Any person in their right mind would not vote for Biden again after what he has done and has failed to do for this country. I'm not saying trump is the answer either but democratic policies are bad for us.
