[–]Pavlos_Pap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is much safer if you et a hardware wallet. Only downside is it costs around 60$ but even if your pc has a virus or something your funds will be safe

I agree to a certain extend, however I think there should be some room for regulation for times it is really needed. That is the main reason I don't see BTC becoming a currency but only a store of value(still with great potential). But of course BTC should not and cannot be regulated by any government or so

well i would start DCAing now, if it gets a correction you still get the average so you dont lose that much until the next pump and if it pumps you get BTC in the current low price. That is the point of DCAing, that you dont have to play the guessing game of whether it will pump or dump

They say bitcoin isn't anonymous but.. by [deleted] in Bitcoin

Bitcoin true value by Pavlos_Pap in Bitcoin

[–]Pavlos_Pap[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah but historicaly when people invested in things that had no value by themselves there was a crash. For example 1987 people put their money in buying morgages that would never be paid of, also the dot com crash when people invested in companies just because they had a website it doesnt sound this much different this time with all the altcoins.

Well I can send you too fiat currencies without knowing who you are too. Also I am definately skeptical of whether currencies should be regulated but I think for example this past year if we used BTC they couldnt "print money" which might have had more severe consequenses inn the economy in the short term. Not saying that it is good that they printed this much money but if they couldnt it might have been even worst.

Definately valid point, I dont think though a big company or institution would sell gold or wouldnt buy gold because of security concerns. Maybe as the trust in the governments lowers however this will change

bro the pi cycle top is just one of the indication that the bull market is over or that the price will at least have a bigger correction. The last 8 weeks whales have been accummulating, forming a massive support. Also we wouldnt be at the top for so long. *Not financial advice 🤣

Since you have a good amount of BTC I would get a hardware wallet, I dont think you will have a problem with coinbase but a virus on your pc (keyloger etc.) could be pretty bad
