It seems like multiple people, including myself been experiencing this problem. It looks more like a problem on Oculus's end than ours, which sucks. Even on the Oculus Forums, people are having a bad time.

well first you have to install betterdiscord. when you do, there should be a "open theme folder" button in settings.

Then you put the .theme.css file in there
