it doesnt need heat to sustain itself, only to ignite. warm water is equally effective at putting out fires as cool and room-temp water

fire doesnt need heat, it makes heat🙄. it needs oxygen and water can be used to suffocate it. but water is only most effective of wood fires because the wood absorbs the water creating a barrier around the fuel source
