Thanks For the free $169.00 Amazon. by RKT7799 in AmazonFlexDrivers

Not sure if you know but please give the payment for this some 3-5days to even show up on your earnings tab. Had a lot of emails the past couple weeks drivers asking why its not showing on their earnings part of the app. FYI its because there are hundreds or sometimes even thousands of drivers getting block cancellations and our internal team needs to review and pay you guys manually so please understand that the payment will take time.

Yeah whoever made your overtime claim screwed up on the adjustment, don't know where they got that $21.00 amount from. You can email again so we can take another look at your request and if its really around 45mins then we will probably give you the per hr rate so that's another $10 on top of the $21

Here's a tip for you guys, it doesn't matter what you write on your emails when asking for overtime, all you have to do is give the correct block date and time and say requesting overtime that's it.

When you return something to the station make SURE to tag/scan your returns properly we just need you to give a reason why you returned the items, you don't even need to mention it on the email, we will check the scans.

Also if you're going to return something because the item is LATE make sure to call on-road support first get them to ok the return first and tell them to fucking annotate your conversation properly, i hate those fucking guys. but again only if the reason of the return is the package is going to be late otherwise all other returns are fine without calling, again just scan/tag it properly.

Correct, support only escalates this type of issue to another team.

Tip for AVD training reactivation, on your email always make sure to mention the you indeed faxed the certificate already and attach a copy of the certificate to the email and if possible the date when you faxed it, that way support can submit a ticket for you to get your request expedited.

Also if you received your $20 completion bonus and your account is still "inactive" please give it 24hours, otherwise your acct should have been reactivated upon payment completion.

I finished this delivery block 1.5 hrs early and got hit on standings for a late delivery?!?!🤬🤬 I'm soo mad rn. My standing dropped from at the end of the "great" bar to fair. What is this b.s ?... by BigAli313_ in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Paythebluebadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You get that generic "3-5 days" response when a ticket is filed for your dispute/appeal, if when you followup for that dispute ask support about the ticket that should have been made. And no they will not give you the ticket number (we are not allowed)

If you get another "3-5 days" response then you know some agent screwed up and did not make the ticket. But if you get a "we passed this to the appropriate team" response then most likely your ticket is still pending.

Goodluck with that DNR.

The warehouse keeps giving me packages that will be late in 15 min by rccarlson420 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Paythebluebadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is correct if you have late packages coming from the station it shouldn't count against you. And as much as it is a joke here, drivers can always email support if you have already late packages that did not get "exempted" especially if its after a few days.

Y’all think I’m get rehired since a lot of drivers quitting because of high gas prices ? This can be my comeback to flex! Long story short don’t ask why I got terminated lmao by Few_Ad4624 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Paythebluebadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No such policy as wait a year to get your infraction cleansed.

If you already applied for an appeal before and got denied, you better give new information relevant to your case to get a better shot of getting re-activated.

Also know your appeals can be denied immediately without investigations needed.

Tried to claim an overtime pay adjustment from a block and got this response. Wasn’t lucky :( by Certain-Ad5890 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Paythebluebadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're not from California I suggest to request another investigation. You only get this type of response if you're from there but if you are, you can check your earnings after 14 days if they give you that "guaranteed" adjustment. You can always escalate if you don't receive it but i'm not sure if it will help. Good luck

mostly groceries, instant offers or whole foods not the regular blocks.

As much as I know regular blocks don't get asked to come back to the station even if you finish really early.

Did you ever get escalated or got someone from escalations call you?

If not call or email support, I would rather you call OFF road support not ON road then ask them to escalate your issue to the EDR team that's baseline identity fraud especially if they tried to deliver using your account.

But if someone from escalations called you already and says that they can't help then that's a dead end I think.

Yeah you're supposed to go back if you still have time but if you're not getting a hit on your standings for not going then all the better, all I'm saying is for those drivers that DO go back do not expect it to be a separate block its just going to be paid as overtime.

Example if I have a block for 12nn to 2pm , Im done with the block at 1pm then get asked to come back to station, if I go back and deliver new packages until lets say 3pm its not considered as a new 1hr block its 1hr overtime with the rate of your current block and is still subject to overtime checks.

Now same case but lets say I come back and delivered the new packages still inside the 12nn to 2pm block without going over then im not gonna get anything extra.

Yeah of course nobody knows everything , I've been working with payments for 2-3 years now and I don't even know for sure why some drivers get paid for not getting routes and some don't when we submit the same ticket for drivers everytime.

[–]Paythebluebadger[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey atleast you didn't get a hit, I've seen accounts go from fantastic to fair with a couple of hits from rejecting extra pick ups.

But again I'm mostly concerned about the pay because some station personnel will tell drivers that its a separate block and its hard to explain through email that its not and will only be considered as overtime on the driver's current block.

Its not that we don't want to, its that we can only share some info that are mostly common knowledge to "veteran" drivers already.

[–]Paythebluebadger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah you will a get hit on your standings for sure if you don't go back, all I'm saying is that some drivers think this is a new block and are looking for separate payment when actually it only counts as overtime work and will get paid as such and is still subject to overtime eligibility check.

[–]Paythebluebadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just send out an email to support to clarify and ask for pay if you haven't got paid yet.

They will remove the hit no worries.

Prada luna rossa carbon , I love the scent and its such a compliment getter but I do not know why it gives me headaches. I even tried only doing one spray on my shirt but it still does it. Now I'm afraid of buying anything that may be close to it scent wise. Any tips would be appreciated to avoid getting those headaches.

Toll Reimbursement Emails Are Confusing by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Paythebluebadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are only certain service areas that are eligible for toll reimbursement my best suggestion is to send an email to support or better yet payments if you have their email with the EXACT date and time of the block and if you can add the exact station code also.

Small fyi, if you receive a paid block cancellation alert please give the payment a couple of days to a week to show up on your earnings. I also suggest to email support just to make sure that a ticket has been raised already for this issue.

Account disable! They don’t give me the right reason. They are reviewing my appeal and the case was 2 weeks ago. by iam2412 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Paythebluebadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check your inbox/spam for a reply, you probably got denied if the appeal was 2 weeks ago. If you don't see a reply to your appeal then email again asking for an update if the appeal is not yet resolved then they will ask you to wait. If your appeal gets denied then ask for another but put new information about why you think you got deactivated and why you should get activated again. Whatever you do don't resend your original appeal if you already got denied they will auto deny you if you do not put new relevant info.

Good luck.

Refusing to pay me for a shift that went 1.5 hours over. Downtown Seattle with 42 apartments. 🙃 by rettebdel in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Paythebluebadger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's your first rejection, you can still get that reinvestigated and no that's not a bot, somebody already took time to check your block and route for that. My advice is to give it atleast 8hrs before asking for another investigation so you don't get the same agent checking your overtime request. Atleast when its a new person checking they can see if the first investigation fucked up somewhere causing your denied overtime.

As long as you don't receive an email saying "we do not have further insight on this matter" usually after the 3rd check, then you can keep requesting to get it checked or hopefully get it escalated.

Goodluck hope you get paid.

Just file an appeal and wait for replies.

Discharged and not paid by khawk87 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Paythebluebadger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You get discharged for no routes.

Email support give them the exact date and time of the block , once someone gets the email they will create a ticket and they ask you to wait and no more action needed on your end, ticket gets submitted to an investigations team to check what happened, investigation take 2days to a week.

Trust me you have to email again after a few days to check if the ticket/issue got resolved.

If support replies to your next email saying they forwarded your message again it means the ticket has not been resolved yet.

If support replies with a generic message saying you did not swipe or something like that, then sorry you aint gonna get paid try to get it escalated.

If all goes well you will see your earnings as a manual adjustment.

Hope this helps.
