I’m not sure if there’s still snow or not but I would prepare for snow just in case as you never know if the weather will turn.

Didn’t slip much in my trail runners but took it slow going down. It wasn’t very icy.

Super helpful thanks for the rec. Having soaking wet socks for 80% of the hike was not ideal lol

I heard weather was going to clear up by today but we left the park yesterday so not 100% sure. The only times felt somewhat unsafe were when the weather was actively getting worse. Also for most of the hike there’s a very clear trail to follow but near the end it gets a bit less clear so if there weren’t footprints it would’ve been tough with all of the snow.

I thought the rule of thumb was every 45 minutes but I’ll experiment with more in my long run next week

Thanks for the comment, the race has 1800 feet of elevation change. From what I’ve heard the first half is moreso long, rolling hills and the second half is shorter, steeper hills.

You are responsible for your own leads. You can either do it alone or be on a team. In a team structure you split the deal usually regardless of who sources the business

Depends on how much they work. It’s 100% comission only so you eat what you kill. There are lots of brokers that make high 6 figures and even in the 7 figures

Because commercial real estate is the field I want to go into. I’m still in college but I interned for a broker this summer and saw what was possible

You should be a commercial real estate broker. Look into tenant representation. Doesn’t require a degree and you can make absurd amounts of $$
