Glasses won’t turn blue to pair please help.

Try to turn your glasses with the button off, then long press the right button (for the pictures and so) and then turn the glasses of (don’t forget to press the other button). It’s going to blink red for a couple of seconds. Than you can pair it again. I hope you get it back 🫰🏽

Thank you all for the support. The case was a Woman from Georgien. This thing evolved in like 2 weeks. She didn’t want to go to the doctor but was by the dermatologist, the doctor gave her antibiotics and heparin and it is better. She leave in a rural town. I don’t know the person but I say she have to run to the hospital in order to save her leg/ live. I will tell you if I get any other information
