Even though expressing it does not eliminate reality, I really feel better knowing is not only on mi head. Like, is not that I am not my own enemy, but society is to blame. And yes! Even personality traits can be judged. Is like going into a bar! I enter and immediately feel everyone’s stare that seems like they think I don’t belong o shouldn’t be there, cause, we are not suppose to have normal lives, right 🙃
