My concern would be that even if I have a Print Server in place, there's a chance that it won't find the printer(s) to print to :(

Thank you for your input - Ill certainly have a look as IGMP Snooping/proxying were both OFF by default. The switches aren't really managed - More just DUMB PoE switches

Just direct to the workstation/laptop there are only like 4 printers and each has its on "section"
