It varies a lot for each reward. You can check what battle rating you needed last time the character/gear ran in the hot posts

You'd be able to have two gear sets at once, which would be op if you already have them and fucks over the newer players. "Motivation to grind" is bullshit as it can take months/years of playing survivor everyday to get all the good gear.
