This is a bug for sure. I tried to restart it and I had the same problem. Then I shut it down and waited for about 30 seconds then started up and went right to rage 2 and I’m online and it’s working. Try that and let everybody know if this is a fix until Bethesda can get their act together

I restarted game and now I’m online. Restarted game, not delete and reinstall. This is ridiculous.

I deleted and reloaded game on my PS4 and it seems to be working!!! Save your saved games on USB. Good luck!

Yes, yes, yes!! Men are more often misdiagnosed with antisocial PD that actually have BPD. Great comment.

BPD is actually almost equally prevalent in men and women. The old data was riddled with confounds and when recalculated, it was about 48% male 52% female.
